Transparent fees for every transaction type.
The following fees apply:
Inbound Mobile Money Transactions
For transactions involving the transfer of funds from a mobile money account holder, into your Yo! Payments account, a transaction fee of 3% of the value of the transaction is applied.

Outbound Mobile Money Transactions
For transactions involving the transfer of funds from your Yo! Payments account into a mobile money account, a tiered transaction fee applies as follows:

Note: Standard Network Operator Bulk Payment Charges may apply. For payments to MTN Mobile Money Accounts, a tiered bulk payment fee between UGX 300 and UGX 1,200 depending on the transfer amount applies. For payments to Airtel Money Accounts, a tiered bulk payment fee between UGX 300 and UGX 1,000 depending on the transfer amount applies. Network Operator Charges may be subject to change from time to time. Please contact your account representative for the latest Network Operator Charges.
Bank Transfers
For transactions involving transfer of funds from your Yo! Payments account into your bank account, standard Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) or SWIFT Telegraphic Transfer charges apply.

Internal Transfers
